We know first hand, because serving gourmet food in our restaurants is where Barabiku started life. Trained by – among others – Marco Pierre White, our team of chefs have worked to create five barbecue menus and a delicious hog roast for keeping each of your guests royally fed. Choose from fish landed daily off the coast of West Dorset, succulent Somerset carvery or far-flung South African specialities, all beautifully presented. All our ingredients are locally-sourced and prepared on site, for an outdoor taste adventure like nothing you’ve ever experienced. That much we guarantee. Varied according to the season, our dishes are designed to impress and our professional waiting staff are on hand to keep guests happy – whether they number fifty or five- hundred.
